Privacy Policy

Hazumi Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") establishes the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") regarding the handling of user information, including personal information of users (as defined in Article 1) in the Service (as defined in Article 1).

      • ADID, IDFA, and other advertising identifiers.
      • Access and operation history of the Service and the content or pages constituting the Service.

    3. Information obtained through third-party operated services
      Information collected from external services based on the content agreed upon at the time of authorization when the user permits linkage with other services such as social networking services to use, view, or access the Service (for example, the ID used by the user on the external service, and other information that the user has authorized to be disclosed to the linked party according to the privacy settings of the external service).

3. Purpose of Use

  1. The Company collects and uses users' personal information within the scope of the following purposes:
    1. For registration to the Service and identity verification during the use of the Service, as well as for user management
    2. For the prevention of and response to fraudulent activities related to the Service
    3. For the maintenance and management of the Service
    4. For billing, payment, and confirmation related to the Service
    5. For investigating and analyzing the utilization status of the Service, and for considering and implementing measures to activate the Service or other services

4. External Transmission

  1. The Company may use the system (PostHog) provided by PostHog. The Company may send or provide data or information related to Cookies set by the Company or PostHog, users' IP addresses, device information, OS information, user agents, referrers, access history, and operation history to PostHog or PostHog, collect users' browsing history, receive the results of analysis, and use them to understand users' usage status and improve the Service.   2. The Company may use the system (Firebase Authentication) provided by Google. The Company may send or provide data or information related to users' Cookies (set by the Company or Google), IP addresses, device information, and user agents to Google or Firebase Authentication to identify users.   3. The Company may use the system (Stripe) provided by Stripe. The Company may send or provide data or information related to users' IP addresses, device information, OS information, user agents, etc. to Stripe or Stripe, and manage users' payment information related to the Service.   4. The Company may use the system (Sentry) provided by Functional Software. The Company may send or provide data or information related to users' IP addresses, device information, OS information, user agents, referrers, access history, and operation history to Functional Software or Sentry, and collect and analyze logs related to issues with the Service and site performance. 5. Third-Party Provision

  1. Except in the following cases, the Company will not provide personal information handled by the Company to third parties (including those located outside Japan) without obtaining the user's prior consent:

    1. When disclosed or provided as statistical data in a state where the user cannot be identified
    2. When required by law
    3. When necessary for the protection of human life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the user's consent
    4. When especially necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound growth of children, and it is difficult to obtain the user's consent
    5. When there is a need to cooperate with a national agency, local government, or a person entrusted by them in executing affairs prescribed by laws and regulations, and obtaining the user's consent may impede the execution of such affairs
    6. When outsourcing all or part of the handling of personal information to the extent necessary for achieving the purpose of use
    7. When personal information is transferred due to business succession accompanying a merger, business transfer, etc.
    8. In other cases permitted by law
  2. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, the Company may provide personal information handled by the Company to third parties in the following cases:

    1. When providing information that has been made unidentifiable to specific individuals to advertising delivery businesses that are partnered with the Company for the delivery of advertisements matching users' interests and concerns, confirmation of their results, and provision of services
    2. When the user's consent has been obtained for providing to third parties
  3. Even if the Company does not provide information to third parties as personal information, if it is expected that the third party will acquire the information as personal information, the Company will confirm that the user's consent has been obtained before providing it, in accordance with the provisions of law, except in the cases specified in the preceding two paragraphs.

6. Security Measures

The Company will take necessary and appropriate measures, including security measures, to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of the personal information it handles and to otherwise ensure the safe management of personal information.

7. Disclosure of Personal Information

When requested by a user to disclose personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act, the Company will confirm that the request is from the user themselves and disclose it to the user without delay. However, this shall not apply if the Company is not obligated to disclose under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations. Please note that a fee (1,000 yen per request) will be charged according to the method specified by the Company for the disclosure of personal information, regardless of whether disclosure is required.

8. Correction and Suspension of Use of Personal Information

  1. If a user requests disclosure, correction of content, or suspension of use of personal information that identifies the user themselves, the Company will confirm that the request is from the user themselves, conduct necessary investigations without delay, and based on the results, correct the content of the personal information or suspend its use, and notify the user accordingly.
  2. If a user requests deletion of their personal information, and the Company determines that it needs to comply with such request, the Company will confirm that the request is from the user themselves, delete the personal information, and notify the user accordingly.
  3. The provisions of the preceding two paragraphs shall not apply if the Company is not obligated to make corrections or suspend use under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations.

    Our website uses Cookies and other similar technologies for tracking or analysis (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Cookies") to provide more appropriate services to users.

  1. The Company assumes no responsibility for the acquisition of personal information by third parties in the following cases:
    1. When the user themselves discloses personal information to a third party
    2. When an individual can be identified from information entered by the user on the Company's service
    3. When a third party acquires personal information outside the Company's service (including other sites linked from the Company's service)
    4. When someone other than the user obtains information that can identify the user (ID, password, etc.)

12. Changes to the Privacy Policy
